The Dances

During the Thanksgiving weekend, Christian and I were thinking about all the many things we have to be thankful for. The list is long. We are truly blessed. We also got to thinking about the things we are now more grateful for… because we don’t have them anymore. Virginia has been great, but these are the things we really should have been more thankful for when we were living in Arizona.

• Cheap produce
• Diced green chiles (they are impossible to find here)
• Wide roads
• Straight roads
• Lighted street signs
• Lighted streets
• Bike lanes and sidewalks
• Freeways

But we do have trees and green grass here… I guess that’s the trade-off.
